Privacy Policy

Effective August 17, 2026

This is the Booked as F#ck privacy policy for booked.af, Client Area, call records, and text messages.

Required SMS sharing rule

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we are

Booked as F#ck (“Booked AF,” “we,” “us”) is an AI call-answering and optional customer-texting service for trades businesses. This policy covers booked.af, the Client Area, call recordings and transcripts we process for your account, and text messages we send. Questions: hello@booked.af or (516) 221-9000.

What we collect

Account data: name, email, business name, trade, website, business phone, and login session. Call data: forwarded calls, transcripts, recordings when consented, call path, and booking or urgent-alert outcomes. SMS data: mobile number, consent language and version, timestamp, source (web form, voice, keyword), opt-out status, and message content needed to deliver the program. Payment data is handled by Stripe; we store billing state, not full card numbers. Technical data: IP address, browser, and security logs used to stop abuse.

How we use it

We use this information to run your account, answer and log calls, give only owner-approved estimates, page you on a live booking or emergency, send the SMS programs described on booked.af/sms, prevent fake trials, bill the plan you chose, and comply with law. We do not use mobile numbers to build or sell marketing lists.

SMS and mobile information

Booked AF operates two text programs. (1) Booked AF account texts: identity verification, trial setup, service alerts, and account support from Booked AF. (2) Optional “Do the legwork” customer-care texts: a trades business you already contacted may text you about that request, using Booked AF as the software. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to any of those texts to opt out of that program. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Who else sees it

We share the minimum needed with processors that run the product: hosting and database, Stripe for payment, Twilio for SMS and voice, Vapi for the call agent, and AI providers that draft research or scripts from information you supply. They may not use your data for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law or to prevent fraud or harm. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep account, consent, call, and message records while the account is open and as long as needed afterward for fraud prevention, billing disputes, carrier audits, and legal holds. Opt-out records are kept so we do not text you again after STOP.

Your choices

Reply STOP to cancel SMS. Email hello@booked.af to access, correct, or delete account data we are not required to keep. You may close the account. Revoking SMS consent stops future covered texts (except a single opt-out confirmation where allowed) but does not erase the consent ledger we must keep.

State privacy rights

If you are a resident of a U.S. state that grants additional privacy rights, you may request to know, delete, or correct personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or share mobile opt-in data for advertising. Email hello@booked.af with the subject “Privacy request.” We will not discriminate for exercising those rights.

Children

Booked AF is a business service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not text minors as a marketing audience.

Changes

We will update this page when the product or the law changes. The effective date at the top is the current version. Material SMS changes are shown again before we ask for new consent.
