These terms govern use of Booked as F#ck: the website, Client Area, AI call answering, and related text programs.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Booked AF answers forwarded business calls with an AI agent you configure, logs the call, can give owner-approved verbal estimates, and can page you on a live booking or emergency. An optional $40/month add-on sends customer-care follow-up texts under your business name. The public site, Client Area, and related messaging are the “Service.”
You must be authorized to bind the business you name. The three-day trial starts only after the gates we publish in Client Area, including identity checks we use to stop fake trials. We may refuse or close an account that looks abusive, unlawful, or someone else’s business.
You must be able to forward unanswered, busy, after-hours, or intentionally routed calls to the number we provision. You keep your customer-facing business number. You are responsible for carrier settings and for telling callers if calls may be recorded.
You control prices, estimate policy, and the voice script. The agent may only quote what you approved. Call audio and transcripts are your business records processed to run the Service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
SMS rules live in full at booked.af/sms. By checking a consent box or otherwise opting in, you agree to the program named in that disclosure. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No spam, no bought or scraped lists, no SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) as a campaign, no political blasts, no SHAFT-adjacent “lead gen” texts, and no using the Service to impersonate another business. Customer-care texts may only go to people who asked that business for service and opted in.
The base plan is $90 per month and includes 55 calls. Additional calls longer than 20 seconds are $2 each. “Do the legwork” is $40 per month and is optional. Taxes may apply. Failed payments can pause the Service. You can cancel; prepaid periods are not refunded except where law requires.
The agent is a tool. It can mishear, miss a booking, or give a range you later change. Verbal estimates are not written contracts. You remain responsible for the job, licensing, and what your customers are told. The Service is provided “as is.”
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Booked AF is not liable for lost jobs, missed calls, carrier outages, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue is in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York, except that either party may seek injunctive relief anywhere.
We may update these terms. The effective date on this page is the current version. Continued use after a posted change is acceptance of the new terms, except that new SMS consent will be collected when the program itself changes.
